Teen Cuisine Cooking Classes are underway at Brinkley High School. Six 7th and 8th grade young ladies signed up for the six session classes. They are learning cooking and nutritional skills. Their first night, they practiced knife skills and made a Waldorf Salad. Mrs. Valerie Turner with the Monroe County Cooperative Extension Service is teaching the class.
